I have uploaded 2 videos, 60 seconds long and 6 minutes long, respectively, both in MP4 format. But IA only uploads the first 30 seconds or so of each. Both videos were ripped from a DVD and converted to MP4. The original files are complete and I can play them back on my computer using different media players without problems. I have attempted this 3 times over several days with the same result. So, why are these apparently intact and uncorrupted MP4 files not loading to IA in their entirety? (I have deleted both items until In can figure this out).

i see several items recently removed. i could take a look at them but would need to put them back online. if you want me to do that i'd need the links or identifiers to them.
